| John G. Beck John has been working with and for health care entities for over ten years, and has been a practicing attorney since 1991. John has worked for Tucker Arensburg, a major Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania law firm and at UPMC Health Plan. During his tenure at UPMC, John managed the Contracting/Vendor Relations Department overseeing provider and vendor contracting, and managing relationships with dental, vision and PBM vendors. In addition to management responsibilities, John also served as legal counsel. In 2001, John re-joined MCA as its Vice President of Legal Affairs and Product Development. He is responsible for all corporate legal matters, and is also significantly involved in new products and services offered by the MCA companies, including the Health Savings Account ("HSA") product. He is a co-founder of MCACP and provides consulting services in the areas of contracting/legal and expert witness consulting to health care payors, providers, PBMs, and insurance agencies. John is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Health Lawyers' Association, and Association of Corporate Counsel. He is a Pennsylvania licensed insurance agent. He graduated from Washington and Jefferson College (BA 1988) and Case Western Reserve University School of Law (JD 1991). Patrick J. Forrest Patrick is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Patrick is responsible for the financial reporting, controls and forecasting of MCA and its subsidiary corporations. Patrick has also been involved in MCA’s business development, specifically the PBM, risk assuming PPO, and hospital consulting. Patrick utilized his extensive financial and healthcare background to routinely assist MCA and its business partners with assessing business growth opportunities, acquisition due diligence, consulting and financial planning. Patrick received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Robert Morris College and has 26 years of diversified financial management experience with a broad background in the health insurance industry, including 14 years with Blue Cross of Western Pennsylvania and 9 years at MCA. Charles E. Davidson Charles develops and maintains MCA's vision as MCA's President. He seeks business opportunities and strategic alliances with other companies and organizations and plans. Charles also directs and coordinates financial programs to provide funding for new or continuing operations in order to maximize return on investments and increase productivity. He directly provides consultation services to executives of MCA's major clients, including integrated delivery systems. Charles has been published in both national law journals and trade publications, and is a frequent lecturer to local and national associations of attorneys and benefit specialists. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Texas Bar Associations. He is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University (BA 1977) and University of Pittsburgh School of Law and was a member of the Law Review (JD 1981). Dennis A. Casey Dennis manages and coordinates all non-legal aspects of corporate compliance programs and facilitates staff services. He also oversees market research and analysis as well as the evaluation of competition. He identifies and sets strategies for Enterprise Underwriting Services, Inc., and assists in coordinating both its relationships with carriers and excess loss carriers. Dennis has a background as both an underwriter and sales manager for group health plans. Dennis has received his BA degree from Thiel College. |
